If you decide to file bankruptcy, the following information is needed in order to make sure your schedules are complete and accurate. This list is far from exhaustive:
- Recorded Mortgage (If you are in the Eastern District of Michigan only the first page is necessary) which you can obtain from the local register of deeds office, for each mortgage
- Copies of Titles
- Copies of Bills
- Proof of Insurance (this is especially necessary for Western District of Michigan Cases)
- Credit Counseling Certificate
